Mr. Pawan has more than a decade of years of experience in litigation. Pawan has been associated with MB Associates since the year 2018 and is now a Senior Associate at MB Associates. He has several years of experience practicing as an advocate before Supreme Court of India, High Court of Jharkhand and High Court of Patna, he has been appearing before all the District Courts, Consumer Commissions, RERA, REAT, NGT, Labour Courts and various quasi-judicial authorities and Tribunals in the State of Jharkhand and Bihar.
