Ms. Anshika holds Four years of experience in litigation. She has been associated with MB ASSOCIATES and is now an Associate at MB Associates. She has several years of experience practicing as an advocate before the Delhi High Court, District and Sessions Courts, Consumer Commissions and various quasi-judicial authorities and Tribunals.
She has conducted in-depth legal research on a wide range of legal topics, analysing case laws, statutes, and other legal materials, Vetting of Legal Documents, Contract management and Agreements Proofreading, and Due Diligence.
Her core areas of practice are Civil Laws-Property Law, Matrimonial Laws and NI Act.
She has also done some para legal work/ non litigation like preparing comprehensive legal reports, including Title Search Reports, Vetting Reports, Legal Audits, Revalidation Reports, and Non-Encumbrance Certificates for major corporate clients such as ICICI Bank, Yes Bank, Aditya Birla Finance Limited, IndusInd Bank, Punjab National Bank, Axis Bank, and Bank of Baroda.
